Buffalo, N.Y. (WBEN) - The Buffalo Zoo will begin celebrating its 150th anniversary this weekend. The celebration begins Saturday with the Bunny Treat Trail, a special Easter-themed event for kids. More theme days are planned throughout the spring and summer, including the Buffalo Zoo Birthday Bash in May, and "Wines in the Wild" for zoogoers aged 21 and over in June.
Papa's Pizza is moving into the former Campfire Grill location at 9980 Main Street in Clarence. The pizzeria has quickly grown in the last year and a half, opening five new locations. Owner Brian Carroll tells Buffalo Business First no more locations are in the works.
Nominations are now open for this year's Business Ethics Awards. The annual awards recognize the best small, mid and large-sized companies for their ethics in daily operations and in interactions with customers and employees. Nominations are due by May 1st and can be made at BuffaloBusinessEthics.org.
