Buffalo, N.Y. (WBEN) - Canisius University for the second straight year has been named one of the best universities for transfer students. the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society (PTK) has named Canisius University to its Transfer Honor Roll. Canisius offers rolling admission for transfer applicants, which will allow students to apply at any point during the year. The University also provides dedicated transfer advising orientation designed for transfer students and personalized academic and career support.
The Buffalo Zoo prepares for expansion for the first time under President/ CEO Lisa Smith. The new expansion may include projects expanding the lion and tiger yards. It will also include a VR experience along with $9 million worth of state-funded updates and smaller projects.
