The group that's leading the restoration of the Buffalo Central Terminal is looking to hire a Fund Development Director that will lead fundraising for the project. $61 million in initial funding has already been committed to the project. The Central Terminal Restoration Corporation says the position will pay between $85,000-$95,000. Ohio-based Benefactor Group is helping with the search.
The Glenview Heights apartment complex that will be built at the sight of the former Kensington Heights apartments next to ECMC has received the go-ahead from the city's Planning Board. Building the 304-unit apartment complex will cost $175 million. There's a chance construction starts around a year from now.
The Buffalo Holiday Market is launching its 2026 Spring Market this Saturday and Sunday at 444 Forest Avenue on the Richardson Olmsted Campus. The market will also be open the following weekend from 11am-5pm.
