Clarence-based Seal & Design Inc. has acquired the assets of Chamberlin Rubber in Rochester. Seal & Design is a maker and distributor of seals, gaskets, o-rings and specialty die-cut products. Financial terms of the deal were not made public.
Last week, the M&T Charitable Foundation providing financial help for three organizations - donating $100,000 to the American Red Cross, $50,000 to FeedMore WNY and $50,000 to the Western New York Coalition for the Homeless.
