Buffalo, N.Y. (WBEN) - Colvin Cleaners is moving its annual Gowns for Prom program to a new dedicated headquarters at 2312 Elmwood Avenue. The Buffalo Convention Center hosted the event in previous years over periods of one to three days. That timeframe will be expanded to two months at the new location. The move was made to accomodate working parents and students with after school activities that haven't been able to make it in years past. This year's program begins March 3rd.
Cellino Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electric has opened up applications from non-profits for its annual truck wrap contest. Sixty-four non-profits in Erie and Niagara Counties will advance to a March Madness-style tournament with the winner getting the chance to create a design that will go on one of Cellino's trucks. They'll also get $25 from every tune-up for an entire year. Submissions can be made at CellinoPlumbing.com/truck-wrap-2026.
