Buffalo, N.Y. (WBEN) - Daemen University's Academic & Wellness Center will now be known as the Scott Bieler College of Health Professions at Daemen University. Bieler, who's President & CEO of West Herr Automotive Group, has been on the University's Board of Trustees since 2021.
Tonawanda-based e-cigarette distributor Magellan Technology has purchased new warehouse space at 1370 William Street for over $4 million, per Buffalo Business First. The Tonawanda warehouse is Magellan's 2nd facility in Western New York, joining their other Tonawanda location at 2225 Kenmore Avenue.
A new restaurant will finally fill the vacant space that was previously held by Morton's Steakhouse at the Hyatt. The new restaurant, Johnny D's will open this spring in the recently renovated 9,000 sq. ft. space.
