Daemen University is planning to seek accreditation to open what will be known as the Shatkin College of Dentistry. Accreditation is required from the Commission on Dental Accreditation, as well as approval from the NYS Education Department. If all goes as planned, Daemen hopes to open the new college in the fall of 2023.
Royal Wash Development LLC of Rochester has reportedly paid $745,000 for the former Urban Brothers Funeral Home property at 6685 Transit Road. Business First reports that pending approvals from the town of Clarence, the new car wash should be open by next spring.
