BUFFALO, N.Y. (WBEN) - Destination Niagara USA has unveiled this year's commemorative ornament, with all profits going to the Niagara Falls Fire Department Toy Fund. The toy fund goes towards helping families in need during the holidays.
Trocaire College is taking its IT Career Jump Start Plus program on the road, partnering with various organizations to provide onsite IT training. Training sessions will begin in January.
The Town of Amherst is moving forward with plans to build Amherst Central Park. The town planning board will meet on November 16th to review a proposal to build a planned unit development and begin an environmental review process, per Buffalo Business First. The entire project will span 170 acres.
