Zephyr Investments LLC, the group behind a proposed $200 million cannabis plant in South Buffalo, is ready to get started. Business First reports that documents have been filed to begin the first phase of the project at the Buffalo Lakeside Commerce Park. The Buffalo Planning Board will look at the plan October 25th.
