A new option for coffee lovers is coming to the Pembroke/Corfu area as Solstice Cafe is set to open this spring at 8705 Brickhouse Corners Drive near the intersection of Main St. and Allegany Rd. Brickhouse Commons developer Jeff Fancher tells Business First the cafe is a big deal for the community, which provides an alternative to Tim Hortons.

Gas dropped 1 cent over the last week in Buffalo, averaging $3.06 per gallon. AAA says those prices may soon climb, however, as fighting continues in the Middle East.
