Kauffman Fellows announced that founder and managing partner of CapTable Monica Cronmiller, has been named to the Kauffman Fellows Class of 2026. The Kauffman Fellows include 55 selected individuals from a highly competitive global applicant pool as Cronmiller will participate in national and international gatherings with fellow investors.


A former convenience store that has sat empty for more than four years on Niagara Street has landed new owners.
Investors 2078 Niagara LLC paid $680,000 for the vacant building at 2070 Niagara Street in Buffalo's BlackRock neighbborhood.



The 47th Erie County house this year has sold for more than $1 million. In this case, a four-bedroom house at 5747 Strickler Road in Clarence sold for $1.15 million as Erie County is on pace to see at least 85 homes this year sell for north of $1 million.
