Buffalo, N.Y. (WBEN) - Doc Sullivan's bar and restaurant is re-opening under new ownership, and it's staying in the family of late owner Tommy Cowan. The bar has been transferred to Cowan's brother-in-law, Patrick Lalley, per Buffalo Business First. The menu and staff will stay the same under the new ownership.
A new hospital will be built in the Village of Fredonia using $74 million in state funding. The facility will replace Brooks Memorial Hospital in the City of Dunkirk, which has been serving the area since 1942.
KinderCare Education, a national day care chain, has purchased Childrens' Kastle Christian Learning Center at 3970 Walden Avenue in Lancaster for over $3 million, per Buffalo Business First. KinderCare has more than 2,400 childcare centers across the US.
