Doug Jemal group gets Mohawk Ramp project contract

Business First reports a development team led by Doug Jemal has been chosen to lead a $100 million project that would transform the Mohawk Ramp downtown. The site would include commercial space featuring a restaurant/cafe, an R&D lab and ground-floor retail. It would also contain 200 residential units and 800 parking spots.

In part through a $400,000 grant from the John R. Oishei Foundation, Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center will purchase a 3T Magnetic Resonance Imaging unit. This unit will be housed in a newly built center on the hospitals' 10th Street campus.
