Buffalo Biodiesel has put the building at 17 Court Street downtown under contract for $3.2 million. Business First reports that the company, which specializes in converting waste into biodiesel fuel, will be move its headquarters and administrative staff from other locations to the first three floors of the building. More than $1 million in renovations are planned.
In its annual ranking of Top Core Services providers, real estate industry publication REAL Trends says HUNT Real Estate ranks sixth in the nation and first in New York State. The ranking takes in the number of sales of mortgage, title insurance, and homeowners insurance policies. HUNT had 15,638 such transactions in 2021.
