Stephen Development and solar developer OurGeneration LLC are collaborating on a pair of projects. According to Business First, a 42-acre solar farm is coming to an area off Lake Shore Drive in Dunkirk. Work on the Dunkirk Community Solar Park is expected to start late this year or early in 2024. The same two entities have a similar plan under review by the Clarence Planning Board. The proposal calls for a community solar farm on Research Parkway off Wehrle Drive in Clarence.
The Eastern Hills Mall has found a tenant for part of the space occupied by the BFLO Store. Business First reports 716 Spa plans to open in mid-July. The spa will have a 24-hour gym, with doctors on site and services like stem cell therapy, skin treatment and cool sculpting.
