Buffalo, N.Y. (WBEN) - D'Youville has received a $5 million grant from the state that will go towards launching its new medical school at 285 Delaware Avenue in downtown Buffalo. The money will be used to renovate and modernize the property. Construction is expected to begin early next year and should be finished by the spring of 2027.
The annual Buffalo-Niagara Business Ethics Awards are Thursday, November 20th at Salvatore's Italian Gardens in Depew. This year's honorees in the Small Business Category are Berardi Immigration Law, David's Star Automotive and Riveter Design. In the Mid-Size Category is BFS Fleet Service, masonry restoration company Raymond E. Kelly and Turner Construction Company. Kreher Family Farms and Rich Products are the finalists in the Large Business Category.
