Neighborhood Legal Services has a new Executive Director. William O'Connell started the position this week, but his ties to the nonprofit law firm go back a few decades, when he served as a student attorney in 1997. For the last fifteen years, O'Connell has worked for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
