This week, the Erie Canal Harbor Development Corporation affirmed its General Project Plan for the Buffalo Outer Harbor Civic and Land Use Improvement Project with minor modifications. Among those changes, a zoning correction for Terminal B at 901 Fuhrmann Boulevard, a decision that no mixed-use development will occur at First Buffalo River Marina and the addition of cultural arts. The project will be done in phases, with completion over a 20-year span, or as funding becomes available.
The Martin Group has expanded its public affairs and public relations capabilities through the acquisition of Albany-based Gramercy Communications. As part of the deal, The Martin Group will assume Gramercy's existing client roster. Financial terms were not made public.
