Buffalo, N.Y. (WBEN) - Erie County has recorded its 79th $1 million home sale of the year, this one a house on Rockledge Drive in Clarence's Spaulding Lake subdivision. The final price was $2.3 million. It's the third deal in the last few days where a house sold for more than $1 million. Erie County remains on pace to break the record of 83 $1 million home sales in a year by the end of this month.
Seneca Resorts & Casinos unveiled a mural celebrating Buffalo sports this morning across the street from Seneca Buffalo Creek Casino. The mural pays homage to the Bills, Sabres, Bandits, Bisons and Buffalo culture.
A former funeral home at 103 Linwood Avenue in Buffalo has sold for $607,000. The three-story building, which was once a house, was built in 1900.
Gas prices remained stagnant in Buffalo over the last week, staying at $3.18 per gallon. That's slightly higher than the state average of $3.16.
