Buffalo, N.Y. (WBEN) - There's been two more $1 million+ home sales in Erie County, increasing the recently set record to 90 for the year. The first is a four-bedroom house on Transit in Orchard Park with a sold price of $1.225 million. The second is a 100 year old home on Bryant Street in Buffalo that fetched a price of $1.2 million.
After more than a year of planning, Highmark has launched its (un)Hungry initiative to help local food pantries. A donation event will be held November 22nd on the opening weekend of Ice at Canalside.
A retail building with multiple tenants at 3760 Union Road in Cheektowaga has sold for just over $2 million. The building currently houses a dispensary.
