At a cost of $76.7 million, Moog Inc. plans to expand on its campus in Elma. Business First says the expansion would provide additional machining space and capabilities for its aircraft group. $39 million of the project money would go toward building and infrastructure costs. Moog also announcing that Pat Roche will replace the retiring John Scannell as CEO.
Also from Business First, HES Properties III LLC would like to redevelop a third West Side property - turning a vacant parcel at 386 Grant Street into a three-story building with five apartments. HES has already renovated 363 and 368 Grant Street into mixed-use properties.
