Citing a need to consolidate amid a growing need for its services, FeedMore WNY has outlined plans for a new facility on Camp Road in Hamburg. The organization has already secured more than $26 million toward the project. FeedMore officials say that in 2022 they provided nutritional assistance to 197,567 community members - with the numbers served already surpassing 10-year projections. Business First reports Hamburg Supervisor Randy Hoak feels the permitting and site plan approval process should allow for a spring 2024 groundbreaking.
