A New Jersey-based investment group has purchased a pair of apartment buildings in Cheektowaga for $32 million. Included in the deal were U-Crest Manor and Belvedere Manor Apartments, which have a combined 340 units. It's one of the largest deals to be closed locally all year.
This year's Buffalo-Niagara Business Ethics Awards are Thursday, November 20th at Salvatore's Italian Gardens in Depew. One local business from three categories, small, mid-sized and large, will be recognized for their business culture and dealings with customers and clients.
Gas prices stayed put over the last week in Buffalo, averaging $3.16 per gallon. Prices fell two cents across New York State to $3.11 per gallon.
