Marrano Homes has purchased 19 lots from Cimato Enterprises for a reported $1.65 million. Marrano's purchase gives it 19 more lots for the final phase of its Heather Woods community on Rapids Road. Westminster Economic Development Initiative is seeking someone to serve as operator for its new Downtown Bazaar in Buffalo. Business First reports the market at 617 Main Street will include international food vendors offering Hispanic, Filipino, South Sudanese and Ethiopian cuisine plus a few retail tenants. The Bazaar is expected to open in the spring.
