Buffalo, N.Y. (WBEN) - A new Taco Bell is opening this Wednesday at 810 Young Street in Tonawanda, and the first 50 customers will win free tacos for a year! Winners will be able to get one crunchy or soft shell taco combo once a week. Two more Taco Bells will open before the end of September, one of them on Grand Island and the other in Lackawanna. The same promotion will be done at those locations, too.
If you're thinking of starting your own food business like a restaurant, food truck or bakery, Buff State will be hosting a panel discussion with Cake Crazy owner Shetice Jackson and the Director of the school's Small Business Development Center, Dr. Susan McCartney today. Both speakers will be discussing how you can grow your food business. The panel will be held at Buff State's Alumni Center. Check-in is at 4:30 p.m. and the panel starts at 5:30 p.m.
Gas prices in Buffalo fell another 4 cents since last Monday, with the average price of a gallon coming in at $3.52. The cost of gas continues to fall across the country, too, down 6 cents at $3.35.
