Buffalo, N.Y. (WBEN) - Julie Snyder has been named CEO of Forest Lawn Group. Snyder was formerly the Vice President of Community Relations for Highmark. As CEO Snyder will oversee the eleven Forest Lawn Cemeteries across Western New York.
Erie County Fair CEO Jessica Underberg has been named to Buffalo Business First's 2023 C-Level Executive Awards list. The awards recognize twenty of Western New York's most effective business leaders. The news comes just days after the completion of the 183rd Erie County Fair.
Buffalo based FoodNerd, a company that makes plant based foods, has been selected as one of twenty finalists in this year's Grow-NY Global Food and Agriculture business competition. The competition takes place in November. A prize of $1 million will be awarded to the winner.
