The site of the former Polish Villa II restaurant on Harlem Road in Cheektowaga may soon be home to a five story apartment complex. Business First reports Rochester development group Taylor, the Builders would like to demolish the restaurant and replace it with a five-story building housing an estimated 93 apartments on the upper floors. The town holds a public hearing on a rezoning request May 23rd.
Next Monday, Level Financial Advisors, Inc. moves into its new headquarters in East Amherst. The facility is in a new retail plaza at the corner of Casey and Transit. Level Financial still maintains a satellite office on Southwestern Boulevard in Hamburg.
