Buffalo, N.Y. (WBEN) - After laying vacant for almost three decades, the former Seneca Mall site has been sold for around $22 million, per Buffalo Business First. Two different companies bought pieces of the 55-acre property. 48 acres were sold to Benchmark Streamline for just under $8 million, while the other 7 acres went to NS Retail Holdings for nearly $14 million. A Tops currently occupies that parcel.

Gas prices dropped one cent in Buffalo over the last 7 days, coming in at $3.13 this morning. The cost of gas dropped slightly across the country as well, falling one cent to $3.03.
