The Bills have announced that Seneca Resorts & Casinos have signed a multi-year agreement to become a founding partner at the new Highmark Stadium. The "founding" level is the highest price point at the stadium and as part of the partnership, a Bills Mafia experience inside the stadium will be called Seneca Resorts & Casinos Field Club.
Uniland Development has added to its real estate portfolio by acquiring a 205,000-square-foot warehouse/distribution center at 500 Bailey Avenue. The addition by Uniland has made it one of the City of Buffalo's largest commercial real estate deals as they paid $19.4 million for the complex.
A multi-tenant, 10,000-square-foot building at 2335 Niagara Falls Boulevard in Amherst has sold for $930,000. Investors 2335 NFB LLC was said to have bought the building just three weeks after hitting the market.
