ACV Auctions has reportedly filed paperwork that will lead to an initial purchase offer. In October, ACV Auctions closed on $55 million in venture capital, as reported by Business First. It has raised an estimated $350 million in private funding since its founding in 2014.
Fowler's Chocolates Inc., has acquired Cheektowaga-based Wahl's Candies Inc. Business First reporting that terms of the deal were not publicly disclosed. However, documents filed with the Erie County Clerk note Fowler's paid $967,500 for Wahl's retail store and production center at 130 Losson Road.
