The current cost for a gallon of unleaded gas in the Buffalo-Niagara Falls region has dropped two cents from last week to $3.38. That price has gone down eight cents in the past month, according to the AAA.
Tonawanda will see a change at its Sheridan Park Golf Course and Brighton Park Golf Course. A report in Business First notes Aaron LaMarca will sign a contract to take over restaurant and bar operations at those two places under Tonawanda Caddyshacks. The deal will be signed in March with a late April opening of both venues planned.
The Urban Park Towers complex in downtown Lockport has reportedly been purchased by a New Jersey real estate investment and management firm. Business First mentioning the purchase price was just over $16 million.
Five Star Bank is bringing on Gary Pacos as chief risk office. Business First reports Pacos had been with Bank OZK in Little Rock, Arkansas since 2020. prior to that, he spent over 30 years in the Buffalo banking industry.
