Buffalo, N.Y. (WBEN) - Gas prices spiked upward again over the last week in Buffalo, jumping 18 cents to $3.94/gallon according to AAA. Prices rose 5 cents across the country over the last week to $3.99. Gas hasn't hit $4 since August of 2022.
The City of Niagara Falls is hosting a pair of job fairs within the next week and a half with the first Tuesday from 10 a.m.-1 p.m. at the Niagara Falls Public Library. The second is next Thursday, April 9th from 10 a.m.-1 p.m. at the LaSalle Branch Library Auditorium. Public works, Parks, Engineering and Human Resources will be in attendance.
A new Argentinian restaurant called Tangos 716 has opened at 246 W. Ferry St. in Buffalo. Also, Business First reports the former Black Iron Bystro at 3648 South Park Avenue in the Village of Blasdell has been sold for $315,000. The space will be leased to a new tenant.
