Through an affiliate, Green Mountain Electric Supply has purchased the former Davis Electrical Supply building on Anderson Road in Cheektowaga for $1.3 million. Business First noting that Vermont-based Green Mountain has also purchased Scott Electric in Depew, Falcone Electric in Batavia and Korff Electric in Lockport since last October.
Business First reports developer Douglas Jemal is under contract to purchase The Roycroft Inn in East Aurora. The deal includes the inn at 40 South Grove Street and the Roycroft Chapel and Gateway Park at the corner of South Grove and Main. Financial details were not made public. The Roycroft Campus is not part of the deal, because it is separately owned by the Roycroft Campus Corp.
The Developmental Disabilities Alliance of Western New York has named Community Services for Every1 CEO & President Mindy Cervoni as its new Board President. Cervoni takes over for Rhonda Frederick, ho has taken a role with West Herr.
