The Wood & Brooks piano key factory building, constructed over 100 years ago, will undergo a major renovation totaling $18 million, turning the building into a mixed use apartment complex with 55 units. The factory, located at 2101 Kenmore Avenue, is over 180 thousand sq. ft. There is no set date for completion of the project.
