The former Community Beer Works at 520 7th Street in Buffalo is up for lease. The building includes a brewing area and taproom. It dates back to 1880 when it opened as a malt house. Improvements were made in 2018.
1016 East Delavan LLC, an affiliate of McGuire Development, has closed on the land needed to build a $33 million Buffalo Public Schools commissary on the city's East Side. The land was purchased for just over $1 million. Construction should begin this fall.
