Buffalo, N.Y. (WBEN) - Harbor Freight will officially open its new Williamsville location this Saturday, October 11th at 7996 Transit Road in Premier Plaza. The 15,000 sq. ft. store is the 73rd Harbor Freight location to open in New York, creating 25-30 jobs.
A new Pizza Hut location is coming to the Village of Hamburg in a plaza that includes Mr. Pot Pie and BestSelf Behavioral Health. It will be Maruti Enterprises' eighth Pizza Hut location to open in the area within the last 3 years, with at least two more planned.
The WNY Women's Foundation is hosting one of it's signature events October 22nd at the Buffalo AKG called "What She's Made Of." There'll be networking opportunities as well as a keynote address from Kweilin Ellingrud, a partner at global consulting firm McKinsey & Company. Gas fell one cent again over the last week in Buffalo, averaging $3.18 a gallon. That's right on par with the state average of $3.18.
