Buffalo, N.Y. (WBEN) - Hofbrauhaus Buffalo is getting an overhaul with a new GM, chef and menu, per Buffalo Business First. The new dinner menu launched Monday with new chicken options, a new burger and 3 additional salads.
Doc Sullivan's Restaurant and Forty Thieves Kitchen & Bar will be closed indefinitely following the passing of co-owner Tommy Cowan. Both restaurants posted on Instagram Tuesday, thanking their customers for their continued support as they grieve the loss of Cowan.
NOCO has named Michael Casciano as the company's new president. He'll oversee all aspects of the company in the new position. Casciano joined NOCO in 2022 as COO. He's the first company president that is not related to the Newman family, which founded the company in 1933.
National Fuel will award $207,000 to 35 area nonprofits. Groups receiving grants include the Buffalo & Erie County Naval & Military Park, Haven House and Pride Center of WNY.
