$8 million worth of renovations are planned for Holiday Valley Ski Report. Business First reports owner Win-Sum Ski Corp. has a "to do" list that includes renovations for its Inn at Holiday Valley hotel and John Harvard restaurant. The plan also includes the purchase of new snow-making equipment. The work is expected to be completed this year
Local taco shop D.A. Taste has filed its plan to expand at Larkin Development's Millrace Commons. According to Business First, the eatery will move into space between Paula's Donuts and Buffalo Distillery. Late last year, D.A. Taste moved from a smaller take-out only spot to one at 368 Abbott Road.
