Buffalo, N.Y. (WBEN) - HUNT Real Estate has moved up in this year's Power Broker Report, which ranks real estate firms based on transactions and closed sales. HUNT placed 31st in the nation in transactions, up from 34th in 2022 and 60th in closed sales, up from 66th place in 2022.
Person Centered Services will open its newest location at 37 Niagara Street in Tonawanda. The grand opening will be marked by a ribbon-cutting event from 12:30p.m. to 2p.m. on April 18th.
Ellicott Development has received approval from the CIty of Buffalo to build a $15 million, four-story multi-use building at the corner of Delaware and West Delavan, per Buffalo Business First. A vacant gas station and DeWalt building will be knocked down to make room for the project.
