Developer Doug Jemal's Douglas Development Corp. has reportedly filed a 30-day liquor license notice with the City of Buffalo for the Hyatt Regency Atrium Bar & Bistro at 2 Fountain Plaza. According to Business First, the restaurant has been closed since the pandemic shutdown.
Lactalis American Group is in the process of working up a proposal to expand its sales offices at 2376 South Park Avenue. Business First reports the company is working on those plans with the Buffalo zoning and planning boards on a $2 million expansion proposal.
