At a court-ordered auction this morning, developer Doug Jemal is expected to be the lone bidder for the Hyatt Regency Hotel downtown. Business First noted Jemal has been the de facto owner of the Hyatt, even making some renovations. Jemal has also already booked the NFL's Steelers and packers for their stays here at the 396-room hotel.
TM Montante Development will take part in an official grand opening today for their mixed-use facility - 1275 Delaware at Lancaster Square in Gates Circle. All 33 of the living units have been leased and occupied. Still being completed is the retail and commercial space. Already committed to part of that is Tacos Community & Beer.
Construction has begun on True Bethel Commons. The affordable housing development in Niagara Falls has 39 apartments; 8 of which are fully adapted for people with physical disabilities. Price tag on the project is reportedly $14.7 million.
