BUFFALO, N.Y. (WBEN) - JC Penney is appealing the decision to allow the town of Amherst to take control of the retailer's Boulevard Mall location, once again delaying talks with developers for the site. A town spokesperson told Buffalo Business First that plans for redevelopment of the Boulevard Mall will continue to move forward despite the appeal.
The former Trubee Collins has a new name and a new location. Now known as Trubee Wealth Advisors, the financial firm has moved to 600 Airborne Parkway across from the Buffalo Niagara International Airport.
Gas prices in Buffalo are down once again at $3.74 per gallon. That's a 2 cent drop since last week. The average price nationwide is $3.42.
