Buffalo, N.Y. (WBEN) - Jim Kelly's Kelly for Kids Foundation has announced 64 children's charities that will receive part of $389,500 that were raised in 2023. Among the 64 groups receiving funds will be the ECMC Foundation, FeedMore of WNY, The Salvation Army and P.U.N.T Pediatric Cancer Collaborative.
Neighborhood Health Center of WNY is expanding the HealthySteps program to its Buffalo location at 300 Niagara Street, joining the group's Blasdell site in offering the program. HealthySteps is a program that focuses on the well-being and school readiness of babies and toddlers in low-income communities.
Buffalo-based medical device manufacturer Nissha Medical Technologies is hoping to increase sales to $1 billion by 2030, thanks to deals with other similar companies across the US, per Buffalo Business First. The company makes parts ranging from medical monitoring to minimally invasive surgical devices.
