Buffalo, N.Y. (WBEN) - Kenmore Mercy Hospital's Medical Rehabilitation Unit has been given a three-year reaccredidation by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities. The same group also gave accreditation to Kenmore Mercy's Stroke Specialty Program, becoming the only hospital in Western New York to receive that recognition.
Basil Family Dealerships will begin offering maintenance, mechanical and body repair services for wheelchair-accessible vehicles through a partnership with BraunAbility. BraunAbility is a global company that manufactures wheelchair accessible vans and wheelchair lifts.
Depew-based insurance firm McMahon Agency has purchased Dave McMahon Insurance Agency in Snyder. McMahon Agency expects the transition to be seamless with no interruptions in coverage for their new customer base.
FeedMore WNY has received a $50,000 grant from Farm Credit East. The money will go towards construction of 14 loading docks at FeedMore's new headquarters in Hamburg.
