KeyBank has signed a new long-term lease agreement for its Larkinville headquarters located at the Larkin at Exchange Building, per Buffalo Business First. As part of the lease KeyBank will also add more office space to the ten story building.
A $9 million dollar solar project has been accepted by the Genesee County Economic Development Center's board of directors, moving the project one step closer to completion. The plan would bring ground-mounted solar panels to Batavia. The next step is a public hearing that will be held in Batavia to discuss the project.
Lehigh Construction Group has completed a new performing arts center at their Canterbury Woods retirement community in Williamsville. The new venue opened with a performance by the Amherst Symphony Orchestra.
Gas prices in Buffalo are up 10 cents per gallon since last Monday, now totaling $3.86 per gallon. The national average is up 7 cents.
