Lactalis American Group, Inc. is hosting open interviews today through Thursday from 9am-2pm for more than 25 available positions at its cheese and whey production plant at 2375 South Park Avenue in Buffalo. The positions are mainly 2nd and 3rd shifts across most departments and experience levels. A third location for Niagara Produce, Inc. has partially opened at 3131 Transit Road in Elma. The greenhouse opened May 1st, but patrons will have to wait until this summer for the grocery market to open, according to Business First. The original location at Millersport and Transit continues to thrive, as does a market at 112 Chestnut Street in Lockport.
