Linde to build "green hydrogen" plant in Niagara Falls

Empire State Development has announced Linde will build its first North American Proton Exchange Membrane electrolyzer plant in Niagara Falls. The $17.3 million project at 4501 Royal Avenue will build a plant producing "green hydrogen."

According to Business First, Affiliates of Young Development Inc. paid out $5.5 million for vacant parcels at 6386 Transit Road, Cheektowaga.  The plan is to build a residential-anchored development with 293 apartments.  Construction on the $45 million project could start early next year.


Store 716 has officially opened a retail location.  The store is at 17 Olmstead Avenue in Depew.  It features apparel, games, accessories and more - all with a unique Buffalo flavor.
