Lackawana based Linita Design & Manufacturing Corp. has landed big contracts in New York City and Alabama. The company, which makes water control equipment such as large floodgates, expects 15-18% revenue growth over the next three years and will hire eight more people by February.
A building that formerly served as Bethlehem Steel's local offices has gone on the market, according to Buffalo Business First. The 164 thousand square ft. building is located at 3556 Lake Shore Road and was constructed in 1960.
A California investment group has purchased the Sutton Place Apartments in complex in Amherst for $41 million. The apartments will receive over $36 million in renovations from the new owners.
