The AAA reports that local gas prices dropped by one whole cent from a week ago to an average of $4.89 for a gallon of unleaded in Western New York.
Burke Homes LLC is bringing a $35 million project dubbed the Eagle Ridge Apartment complex to a public hearing before the Hamburg Planning Board on July 20th. According to Business First, the 156-unit apartment complex will be built on a vacant 22-acre parcel along Southwestern Boulevard and Rogers Road butting up to the Cloverbank Country Club driving range.
