The current average cost for a gallon of unleaded gas in the Buffalo-Niagara Falls region is $3.89 according to the AAA. The pump price has fallen eight cents from last week's price. Pump prices here are down forty-four cents in the past month.
Benderson Development is working with Jersey Mike's Subs and Tropical Smoothie Cafe on a deal to fill spots remaining at the former Bon Ton at Sheridan Drive and Delaware Avenue. Business First also reporting another Jersey Mike's is in the works for 3030 Niagara Falls Boulevard in Amherst - next to the new Delta Sonic.
Architect/developer Steve Carmina is listing his property at 5 Genesee St. for $1.45 million. The building borders on Main Street as well. Carmina noting to Business First that the 500 block now is different than when he bought the building in 2013.
The Best Western Plus Galleria Inn hotel at 601 Dingens Street has been sold. Business First reports that Goldi Group Inc. sold the hotel to 601 NY LLC for $2.25 million.
